The story flows nicely and it is never boring. As my husband would say, I look like the Cheshire cat reading a book I love, and this one did not disappoint me. The relationship between Elizabeth and Sara is never explored to my satisfaction. But the killer is much closer than they expect…. With Elizabeth around, it had been manageable. To do extra homework or something? Beechum grunted and tried to open his mouth to bite, but with Toxin forcing his chin up, it was useless and ended in more grunts and groans.
